Actually I tell a lie. I remember having a slight wait to receive my meal at the drive thru. Maybe the manager had a moan about my report. Remember my first walk in visit with them. When he overheard me asking for a receipt, he dragged the cleaner in from her fag break. This was after he obviously prompted her on what to do. She kept on staring at me after that and completely acted over the top. There was no point though, as the report was good.

I've only ever had a problem with that one about 2 months ago when they gave me a milkshake instead of the soft drink I ordered, but I usually find that one and the cinema to be fairly good. I don't normally do Ravenswood as it's right over the other side of town for me but I did pop in there last week on the way to the gym job and got a little floor show so that was quite a nice little treat for me :D
  • Wow, so the gym job is for the posh gym where the footballers go....

By the way Miss Qwerty, I finally saw the supermarket near the burger place come up, so you don't need to change your postcode on GR to see it!

Yep, got the evil eye from Roy Keane last night. Well, probably wasn't meant to be the evil eye, just a glance in my direction but i'm not sure you can tell the difference nowadays...

Do you sometimes get the feeling that when you speak to someone on the phone to request something be done that as soon as they hang up they'll just chuck your number in the bin and forget about you and never get back to you?!

It's the "Yes of course I'll chase it up and get back to you" line that gives it away for me.

ME: I want to speak to someone about my missing payment
THEM: Oh, the project manager is in America at the moment.
ME: But I want my payment! Who will ensure I get my payment in his/her absence?
THEM: I'll chase it up and email you when I hear back from them.

    I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really!?!?!?!?!? Then you must live near me as Roy Keane lives less than a mile from me.

I have a mobile phone job booked with GR for early next week. Has anyone got any idea of the fieldwork dates for this wave?

Ideally, I would like to do the job tomorrow, but I won't be able to get hold of anyone at GR until Monday. If anyone has a similar job booked, can they recall the fieldwork start date? Was it Monday 02 August, or before?

Many thanks in advance to anyone who may be in the know.
