Anyone having trouble with the edigital site? I have 10 surveys to do and was hoping to get on with them today as I don't work Mondays. Typical that I haven't been able to get on their site all day!
No it's fine for me, try restarting your computer. Whenever my phone rings it kicks me out and I have to restart the whole thing again. Very annoying, especially when I have to make phone calls for the assignments.0 -
Can anyone help me? Ive just signed up with a certain Co, but have failed New Shopper Signup test on the **** Consultancy system.
I filled in loads of info, what else do they want??
I think proper paragraphs, good grammar & spelling are important.
But probably more important is to make sure you answer the tick box questions in the text too. They like the boxes supported by lots of words to ensure the client know they aren't misclicks.
No subjective comments unless asked for; I keep getting told off for comparing shops to other shops, etc.
They are pretty good at giving clarification, I asked for what I could do better and got a comprehensive reply from an editor, passed on by the admin.
Good luck, if it helps, I passed Tern and failed burgers, never to be allowed to repeat.0 -
Few questions about Edigital. I'm doing lots of assignments with them some of them purchases, can I use a cashback site and discount codes such as free delivery? This would make it even more worthwhile.0

i would say a definate yes to cashback as they have no way of knowing you did thatnot sure about vouchers myself as i have not used them but i think some people on here have used them.
i picked mine carefully- only paid for delivery on one which has been refunded when i 'cancelled' the order and paid 88p to return a cd, that was all!
by law if you pay a delivery charge and then cancel your order in writing within 7 days of receiving it they need to refund your delivery charge as well (provided you return whole order). i know some websites say that they wont do this but its the law! not sure how edig would stand if you got in a dispute over it or whether it is something they are testing and hence why they pay you a fee for the purchase part?:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -

Do you use FF? I used to have that problem, getting logged out for long periods of time. I don't have any problem at all using IE8.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Shhh, I've done that one a couple of times at short notice because of that! It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Same, which is how I noticed it the first time. Managed to combine it with a RE Italian one weekend, when the pet boy was home. He thought I was just being an amazing girlfriend taking him out for dinner and a film of his choice. :rotfl:It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
