  • TNS have confirmed the loss of their pub chain client in their newsletter today. Saw the jobs on RE but assumed it was just a trial but looks like they have the client now.

How long do Edigital take to approve you to become a shopper? They appear to have a lot of jobs available and I am keen to get going with them. Thanks

Please can someone help me. I can't remember my log on name for OC, which is odd as I thought I always used the same one. Is it usually your email address or it is something more unusual for them?

My log in is my first name followed by a space and then my last name. First letter of my first name and surname are in capitals.

GAP money not showing as pending for tomorrow.

They say on their website that they pay on the 24th. Which was Saturday. I presume the 24th was a Saturday in Australia as well, so they probably arent doing it until today. They say to allow 3 days. So that takes us to Thursday. Why would you expect it to be there tomorrow?

Can anyone help me? Ive just signed up with a certain Co, but have failed New Shopper Signup test on the **** Consultancy system.

Their Comments: Many thanks for taking this test. Unfortunately you have not passed on this attempt. The report requires much more information to explain the level of service you received and how the visit progressed. You have one more attempt at this test.

I filled in loads of info, what else do they want??

    Do you mean TERN?

They have VERY high standards for their written reports.

Are you new to MSing, or have you been doing it a while and simply applying to them as another company to add to your list? If the former, I'd suggest maybe giving it a few weeks, until you've done a few jobs for other companies, so that you can see what is expected from most, before you take the plunge and apply again.

    Things to remember are:

Entrance: what were your first impressions of the shop, including the window displays. Were you acknowledged as you entered the shop? What form did this acknowledgement take?

Browsing: What did you observe whilst browsing? What were the shop's displays like? Did you see staff helping other customers, or were they stood around gossiping?

Approach: were you approached within a "reasonable amount of time"? How did the assistant "do" the approach? What did s/he say? What was their body language like? Did they ask open or closed questions? How did they respond to your questions/answers?

Clsoing the sale: Did the assistant attempt to close the sale? How did s/he respond to your objection(s)?

    Farewell: self explanatory.

These are just the main things I've immediately thought of. No doubt others will add more.

Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
