TERN question. If I started MSing for them in July, when do I need to send my claim form in? I'm sure I read it somewhere, but cannot remember. Eeeek.
Email it to them around the last 2 days of the month. They will then pay around the 9th of August

    hello, advice required!

doimg my edig surveys and just moved all emails associated with them to seperate folder. i received an acknowledgement to an email immediately saying

blah blah blah. If your email is not about any of the above, this is an acknowledgement only and we will reply to you within 24 hours. blah blah blah.

it has been 1 week and no response received

just wondering how to fill it in as i have not received a response to my query but did get that rubbish email. dont want to make them look by selecting under 6 hour response!

sure others must have had this so what should you do? shall i fill it in as the response but obv ,ark poor om knowledge etc.. and do error report? thanks :)

If you look they have the option to time the email being received within 48 hours. If they don't reply by then count it as didn't get a response. I asked once.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

You ignore automated responses and wait for a personal response. If you don't get one, mark all sections as very poor, issue an error report and write a comment about how you felt about not getting a personal response, just an automated response.
Here I go again on my own....

I did one asking for more information before buying a very expensive item. It took them over a month to reply

We did - and it was great to have a blether about the various jobs we all do...... :coffee: and coffees in between!

Not on having to pay for them ourselves though...................:D

I think the various people that came & went at the tables either side of us were wondering what the heck we were going on about though ....

I know this is highly presumptuous of me - can I come too next time? I'd love to meet other MSers! especially you lot.
