Has anyone done a clothes cleaning job for RE? Do you know if you have to enter any details today or complete the report on collection fo the garment??? I have emailed the contact to tell them the date of collection, but not heard anything back?

My reminder email said to contact RE with collection date. Hope that helps a little.

I filled in todays bit of the assignment right away as the system 'saves' it. I did email the person I was supposed to tell about the collection date - but still got a chase up telling me they would de-allocate if I didn't let them know when collection was ! I hope it was just an automated email as I will be seriously p***** off if I end up paying for the cleaning myself!

Thanks for that. I think I will enter the first bit then now and hope they got my email (I've sent it twice lol) as I don't fancy paying for my mums coat myself!!!

You would think they would have sorted out the system for these by now. I did one months ago and, despite me phoning and emailing my collection date, the system still automatically deallocated the job before then. When I phoned they said sorry it's been taken by another shopper now :mad: Only when I kicked up a fuss did they agree to put it back in my account.

Came in a few hours ago, I wasn't best pleased to be honest as it has nothing to do with MSing! I hate it when companies hand out your details or use it for something completely unrelated.
