Got 2 x phone shops for ESA tomorrow. Read the instructions properly, sounds like a right kerfuffle for all the stuff they expect for the pittance they are paying. Errr.

I did one today and did not find it as bad as I thought, however the staff member gave the right answers to the first question and the right things were on display etc which I think made it easier.

Hope mine is like that too. Gosh, they want me to look for this, look for that, take photos of this, ask for this, ask for that, I might as well clean the windows and mop the floor whilst I'm at it.

Did you ask the mos what kind of phone they use? I don't know how I will do that, it's rather nosey!

They said what they had during the conversation so that was easy, I have to agree that if you have a non "chatty" one it will not be easy to ask.

I ask them if they have an xx phone and if they say no I say "oh what do you use then?" so far all have told me no probs.

    Evening all,
I'm just about to submit my report to RE for the Entertainment/Electrical shop I did this afternoon but I need to put in the receipt number, but it's not clear which number this is. Is there someone who has done this one before who can point me in the right direction as there are a few different numbers on the receipt so I'm not sure which is the correct one.
    Thanks :)

Is there a bar code with a number underneath it on the receipt? As I put that one in last time and it went through fine.

Under the barcode at the bottom is "VAT: #########"
So I guess is it likely to be that one then?
I'll be sending a scan of the receipt anyway so if it is the wrong number, at least they can look and find the right one!

  • I swear its virtually impossible to find jobs in Yorkshire! I'm signed up to many different companies and haven't yet found one close enough to me for it to be financially viable, they're all 20/30 miles away which is really hard to get to when I rely totally on public transport. I guess its because I'm new and have to learn when all the jobs are released eh?

I don't think it's cos you are new. I've been doing ms'ing for a while, and I struggle to get anything in Leeds/West Yorkshire. I think there has been a mahoosive influx of new shoppers or one greedy sod gets the lot. I've done 0 mystery shops for about a fortnight now. God knows where they all go.
  • I got three coffee shops today :)
