Completed visits from the past few months are on the old system under my visits. Only know what's been paid from the postal remittances though.

I've spoken to them today, because the dates on some of the coffee shops were past the date they transferred the payment data over they have been carried forward to next month. Hope this helps.

Has anyone filled in the ESA report on the phone shops. If so what did you do if the number of windows in the shop were less than listed in the report as it is still asking me to fill in the info for 4, and there does not appear to be a N/A option.

I hope this makes sense to someone,....

Makes sense to me, as I had the same problem, I just put 0 for the extra's and hoped they could work it out as I'd already answered about the number of windows, and attached a photo. Seems to have worked as it's been approved for payment.

My stores didn't have that many. I think i was spotted by the store detective that hung about but I carried on regardless. Most stores only have a couple of codes anyway.

Got 2 x phone shops for ESA tomorrow. Read the instructions properly, sounds like a right kerfuffle for all the stuff they expect for the pittance they are paying. Errr.

I keep getting rejected for jobs on GYP, it seems to be completely random - some I will be allocated and some I won't. Does anyone know what's behind this? Are there limits to how many active assignments you can have at any time?
