Can anyone recommend a good company to start me off with as there are so many??
Most people seem to start with Gap & Retail Eyes. Just sign up to all the ones on the first page and go from there...0 -

I've just booked a couple of phone calls for RE that say you need to supply a valid business email. Does anyone know if this has to be mine or whether I can 'borrow' someone elses (with their consent of course).
If I do need my own one, any ideas of how to set one up?
You should not have been able to see the jobs unless you have already entered a business address. I waited 9 months to have mine validated (they all go in a pot and have to be checked before you can see the jobs)
So, what have you got in your account details now under business email address?I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

And me.
Did you get my mail yesterday Pennies? Thought it might be easier than a PM coz I don't tend to log in every day. Hope that helps. Although tbh I think I remember now i've done it why I don't normally shop there.0 -

Welcome to the forum and the world of MSing.
Ignore all the comments on the forum and sign up with RE - they are a good company to cut your teeth on and build up your confidence. I started with them and ESA and it was a good introduction. Then sign up with all the other ones on the first page. it is a bit daunting to start with but it setlles down and you will enjoy it.
Good luck0 -
Question on Tax:
Not strictly MS either but I know some lovely accountants frequent this thread
I do supply teaching. I was charged tax the last few times, so I rang the council payroll office to find out what to do as I'm below the income threshold to pay tax.
They told me that the months where my pay is over £540 (or some figure like that), I have to pay tax as people get a monthly tax allowance, not a yearly one.
Is this right?! If so, does not compute :think:Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
