Wouldn't it be good if we all joined together and started our own mystery shopping company? I'm sure we'd all do a great job!

Won't get rich on it but it pays for my treats.

Can't say I like the burger jobs but they keep ringing me up and I find it hard to say no....

I like the audit jobs best but they seem hard to get, if anyone has any info to help me get more please pm me with company's that do them.

I'm still learning but it's amazing how you can put your "mystery shopper " head on when you do an assignment! I should have been an actress!!!

I havent mustered up enough courage to apply for one of these, although I really should as they are quite profitable! Now I know who gets all the GR jobs in our area! You really must have a fast finger!:D

The audits are my favourite too, especially if you can get the regular ones. No need to remember to lie as the instructions are all in front of you! One of the companies that I am with offer regular audit work, but I think they have their "preferred list" of shoppers in the area and you have to wait for someone to die before you name gets moved up!:rotfl:

I accidentally did a 2 for 1 on a car dealership. Two franchises, adjacent to each other, same company. I planned on shopping both. Dealer No 1 said 'Tom from next door knows more about this vehicle than me, I'll see if I can get him for you' so Tom priced two vehicles for me. MSco have asked for just 1 report, on 1 vehicle, with an increased fee and a re-shop for the other one. How civilised.

Always worth talking to your allocator rather than guessing, that's the lesson here.

The negotiating skills came in handy when I changed my car the other week! I don't seem to get many GR to be honest, they always seem to be times when I'm working

Slightly random question that's been buzzing round at the back of my mind for a while:

What's with the blanket ban on pineapple with Gap pizza?

Does it somehow affect service times or do Gap just not like tropical fruit? Clearly this isn't an urgent issue, just something that pops into my head when in traffic jams, and then won't leave me alone.
