The perfume one was a bit mad. It says you can do 5 each wave, and there was no restrictions as to how often you can do them. So technically the same person could do 5 each wave! Eeeek.

A bit concerned re: eggs refund. As generally, the staff in these stores tend to be right trolls. Wish me luck y'all.

I dont get a refund, I usually choose cheap crisps and swap them, as I'm kind and don't want to eat into the shop's profits too much.. (Aren't I nice :P)

If you're considering the ESA travel clusters, check all the postcodes- The one in my area were 4 shops in 3 different locations, all at least 5 miles from each other, not the easy 3 in one street I had previously.

I've returned all of mine and they've always been really apologetic and not troll like at all

Never had a problem returning anything in these stores - the staff are always brilliant at dealing with it. However, I only seem to do the ones in sleepy, genteel market towns, so my experience may not be representative!

Believe me, some of the stores that were once the store they took over have hostile staff you wouldn't wan't to encounter in a dark ally late at night, they make the bottom slapping staff look posh!!!!

They definitely exist!! I have managed to get some in Yorkshire once in the last year. I guess the fast people must have been on holiday that week.:rotfl:

:mad:Just got my sacking email from Gyp for coffee. I can add this to my email for burgers and mobiles. Not much to choose from now. I think the next phone call I get for a 100 mile trip I will say no to and get sacked from the few clients I have left on gyp!!:mad:
