I meant to mention earlier but forgot. I got a call off GFK today asking if I could do an urgent job, unfortunately I mentioned that I do audits in the same shop so the chap who rang said I wasn't eligible after all. But what was really nice, was that he asked how the audits were going, how did I enjoy them, etc, and thanked me for all my hard work. TBH, it might just be something small, but I thought that was really nice. When I've had calls from other companies, and I've said 'I can't because of xxxx', all I've had is 'ok then, bye'.
Full marks to GFK
As a matter of interest, why did you feel you were ineligible? I have carried out audits and mystery shops at the same time and have never had a problem. In fact, I did one yesterday!Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -
Has anyone done a GR supermarket delivery today? I have just tried to ener my results but it won't let me enter the delivery date, it says it has to be between 31/07/2010 and 03/09/2010Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0

I just assumed I was, and when I told the guy who rang, he went off to ask his manager who confirmed that I was ineligible.Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -

Were they for the same company then? If not, how would they have known you did two assignments in the same store?Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -

MSing a shop that you're also auditing (particularly on the same day!) is asking for trouble from one of the companies, unless the audit is covert of course.
I don't MS a couple of supermarkets that I do overt audits at because I'm well known to the staff as I've been going there for yonks and yonks, therefore I don't feel that the treatment and service that I receive is 100% representative of what a normal customer would experience so wouldn't be fair nor useful to the companies concerned.0 -

I wasn't, which was what I stated in my original post.
Starting to wish I hadn't said anything nowI only wanted to congratulate GFK on good service
Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -
