I've got a TNS main supermarket (not Express) visit tomorrow, and I've just been jotting down my shopping list. But when I've looked at the questionnaire there are a load more departments not mentioned on the shopping list or briefing. Is the online questionnaire based on the briefing, or do I have to do all those extra ones too?

Look on the first page of this thread under TNS FAQ....there is a very good step by step guide written by TG.

T'was my mistake. Should read emails before rushing to help others! It was only after I'd posted the alert, then logged into bag some for myself, saw none, then re-read the email and realised my mistake d'oh!

Hope someone can help with this - with the supermarket tech/phone jobs, it says you cannot shop the location within 5 months. Does this refer to just the phone/tech dept or the supermarket as a whole? Did this supermarket in July, but never done a phone or tech job here.

I think the TNS system won't allow you to do the job too soon.

If you try to take the job will get an instant message to say if you are ok to do it or if you have shopped there within the time period. Let us know how you get on please for future reference.

The main supermarket jobs and the tech jobs are on separate rotations. So, you can do the tech visit even though you did the supermarket visit recently.

P.S. It occasionally works out that you can do both types of visit on the same day!
