If it doesn't work on the normal site, it sounds like the site is down.

I don't think I'll ever do any mobile phone shopping ever! It's far too time consuming and fiddly.

Morning all
I had real problems trying to express my reports last nite, gave up after continually trying and nothing happening. I checked again this morn...all went through ok because they seem to have got rid of that awful spellchecker!

I think I've been dismissed from Gap - I had two fast food restaurants down for next week and they've both been cancelled. I am not that bothered if I have to be honest as I don't like their website at all, but it would be nice of them to tell me if I have!!!

Yeah gap said they are working on that spellchecker as its REALLY annoying....

.....Another Proofreading query that was raised YESTERDAY still Ive not had anything through to my inbox... its uber annoying.

That happened to me last week, I had two booked, then when I looked they'd gone. I looked at the available assignments and they were on the list, but when I tried to re-book it said I could book 0 assignments per day.

I emailed GAP and they reset my account and it's fine now.

Gap acknowledged my Enquiry re the 2 petrol jobs where there was no receipt upload screen but didn't tell me what I should do! Now the've emailed me to moan about not getting a receipt for one of the jobs - and they've b***** well rejected the other one which they haven't previously emailed me about. I am NOT happy.

Has anyone picked up any PHONE SHOPS on GFK. I have tried every single combination on the test, and cannot succeed. HELP. Or should I just cancel it? PM me if anyone has done it successfully.

I have just been back into GAP and found that my rejected assignments are showing as being available and I have the same message as you. I have now emailed them to ask for an explanation!

I never got an explanation, just an email saying they'd reset it now.

No I wouldn't be either Keep on at them.

I think they may be changing their receipt upload system. I just did a chicken report and I was asked to upload a receipt at the start as well as at the end! The request screen at the start was different and it had a maximum file size of 200kb rather than the usual 600kb.

I'm so pleased they've got rid of that stupid spellchecker. A report I did a couple of days ago took over 2 hours rather than the usual 15 minutes :eek: It was taking up to 30 minutes to move from one page to the next, even if there was only one word on that page to check :mad: The pages with only tickboxes went through without a problem.
