do you not have to upload reciept images or anything :s There doesn't seem to be anywhere to do it :S
    thanks!

Depending on the assignment, you may need to email the receipt to someone, it should say in the assignment notes.

    Hi

Is anyone else having problems with React's website. I got an error message when I tried to save a report and now I can't sign in at all. I've got nine reports to do and really wanted to get the majority of them done tonight :(

Ignore that it's working again, lost my first report but at least I can crack on with them :)

Mystery shoppers must make working in retail a nightmare. I'm amazed at the amount of shops that expect the staff to approach customers. It's strange because as a customer I'd never expect to be approached by the staff in any of these places. How can they expect staff on minimum pay in large stores to be attempting to close the sale? Before this mystery shopping experiment I'd always have thought that was reserved for staff on commission selling cars/tv's/phones but clearly not.

this is the attitude that makes mystery shopping worthwhile, Frankly when I go out to a restaurant and as a chef myself I expect my wait staff to up sell my specials make the dining experience great for that customer.

Why does the pay matter? There are high paying jobs and some that aren't. But why shouldn't someone who is working for minimum wage try to boost sales... if they want their job then guess what the company has to sell. Personally as a customer I want to go into a store and have knowledgeable staff (minimum wage and the fact the store is large has nothing to do about it)

Did you know Car salesman’s salary is only 10k or less in some cases a year that’s LESS than your person in the clothing store.

Our job is to make sure training that owners spend MILLIONS on training their staff members worthwhile and ensure that when a customer walks through the door that staff member does what he or she can to ensure the customer walks out with a product , happy and will return.

Too many times in the UK do I get Shotty service in hotels, restaurants, clothing stores... and I feel that as a paying customer I deserve more. And as a mystery shopper I do my BEST to relay this information to the store

Oh and Mystery shopping isn't always about pointing out the bad... we do point out the GOOD as well...
