MYSTERY SHOPPING THREAD XVI - please, no mention of client names or fees on here

Did an assignment for R.E. last week, a station cafe, and I am starting to panic.

The visit went reasonably to plan.Usual stuff,staff chatting behind counter,no upsell and nowhere to sit because the tables havent been cleared since xmas.

There was a bandit in the corner and a fat forty year old teenager was shovelling 10p pieces into it while his fatter beloved was trying to control their 6 kids whilst bawling down her I Phone to her sister who had taken her cheating "significant other" back.

"Yore a fool to yerself Sam, you really are!!"

Usual station experience really.

My coffee was ok but nothing special,there was an amount of litter on the floor but potatoes were not growing out of the gaps between the wall and the skirting board, it was all right for a third world country like GB.

I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my train,which was late.

I entered up all my notes on my blackberry and included all the relevant details related to the visit.

I even sprinkled some retail stardust by suggesting that the coke cola would sell better from being displayed in the chiller rather than stacked next to it in cases which would be ,of necessity, at room temperature.

I took a pic of the offer on the table and a sneaky one of the drinks offer in the chiller.I always find it easier to remember with a pic.

I got home,had my dinner,then sat down to type it up.An hour and a half later and I was nearly finished.

A quick coffee and I recheck my info before taking a deep breath and pressing "SUBMIT".

Anyway,as I said, its been the best part of a week now and I just dont know what to do with myself.

Perhaps the older hands on here could help me?

I havent had a query raised on the job yet.

Is this ok and will I still get paid ?

Hope someone can help me.

Can't enter my results on RE keep getting Text not defined for: SA_REPORT_COMP2. and it's on all my jobs.

Yea, I got allocated 5 on Tuesday too and I got that email aswell. They were desperate lol I couldn't do anymore cos I'd done all the scenarios for the glasses people lol

Me too. I was all geared up for report writing too after a nice curry and a g and t.

Makes me feel better that other people are in the same boat. I had the same paranoia and checked through all my email replies to make sure I had forwarded them to GFK. Just have one more response to submit now but that won't be until next week.

Is it just me or has anybody else found that the bank jobs from GFK re holiday money are turning out to be really quick? The cashier answers the query briefly at the till and there is no reason to go elsewhere. The trouble is I keep getting verification queries when I enter the results as it is too fast. Then I have to over ride it.

Sometimes proof reading can take a while or..you may have written such a thorough account that it has been proof read and passed to the client..this is where the problems can start though!

My recent sports shop visit was passed by the proof reader but rejected by the client as they don't believe my account of it..my word against theirs apparently. Good luck and hope you get paid!
