TNS P****SED me offfff
So I was being allocated some pub gigs, and I had a few questions but they kept saying "the jobs are mine" So I have planned for this... And I email them MONDAY to say "ummm when are you putting them in my account I have made the time in my diary for them" I get this LOVELY email from them 4 days later!Dear Jennifer,
Thank you very much for your response, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but during the process of our email conversation with you, the visits that we offered to you were all taken.
Thank you again for your offer to complete these visits.Kind regards,
Got the tshirt & have written the book, done that to me last year when I was flying out of Stansted to Reus & returning to Glasgow via Stansted.
I was promised 3 jobs for eats & drinks on the way out.
Was allocated 5 jobs to do on the way back, not all great re-imbursements, but I did have 2 hungry teenagers who'd try anything for free.
Like you waited on them appearing in my account, emailed them, phoned them was re-assured jobs were mine.
Then lo & behold someone else had snapped them up.:mad::mad:
But the best is still to come.
Gets home to Glasgow to find numerous emails & calls on the house phone to say they had been let down & could I now do the job grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Well you can imagine the email I fired off to them & If I've to discuss a job I insist its put into my account whilst the chat is going on with them.0 -

They eventually paid me after I threatened to take items back & challenge them & let them know I was the mystery shopper.I happen to think the clothing is dear enough without getting paid for an item that I was being forced to keep & not be re-imbursed.
Don'y touch these jobs with a barge pole & they can phone me all they like & i still refuse to do them.
Well that is the last time for me too. They rang me and begged me to do this visit and even added a fee:eek:. So now to be told I am not being reimbursed is beyond belief. I am taking my top back since they claim they are not using my report so will be interesting to see what happens. Has anyone tried taking anything back to this store (Sports)? I know they say not to and they won't refund but does that really happen? Feel free to PM!!0 -
IF they weren't so uptight about calling them... I HATE waiting on the contactusm team to take their finger out and get back to me about stuff really irritating.0

I've been in 1 of the Glasgow shops & someone was returning an item, they had a bit of a fight on their hands in front of me & that also went into my report the end line was that they could swap it for something else & that did not go down well. Must admit on a previous visit I picked up a pack of sports socks to make up my spend & I didn't notice that they were damaged, when I queried this with RE they stated that I could go back with a damaged item, didn;t bother in the end up as it seemed to be a lot of bother.
Its not a brand that my son or nephews would normally shop in as its not value for money & the staff always seem a bit distracted.0 -

All 45 done!
* 3 of them back saying i need to do a second chance email
* 1 back saying age the dvd's even though it states this takes you to a different site.
I have been assured a phone call when the lady at edig is back in monday about the random ones.
Just a bit annoyed. worked my bum off doing them and done them well, only to be told it's my fault i haven't got an email back as i asked the wrong question lol feel like i'm in RE landI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
Has anyone has a GFK audit email for a homewares store this month? I've only done 2 so I'm not sure what time of the month they usually come in, or even if they are every month.Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0

My recent sports shop visit was passed by the proof reader but rejected by the client as they don't believe my account of it..my word against theirs apparently. Good luck and hope you get paid!
Cheers, its just so unusual to not get a query, kinda freaked me.0 -
Me too. I was all geared up for report writing too after a nice curry and a g and t.
me and my bf have just joined and are having the same problem "The error returned was: Text not defined for: SA_REPORT_COMP2." quite irritating. dunno if I'll bother doing the assignment i have for tomorrow if it continues. Im guessing he wont get paid if the report isn't submitted in time because of this problem?0
