  • Eeeugh. Be sure to put that in your report! And what hotel is it, so I know never to go?

Guys, I'm just doing React job write-ups from the day out we had - what browser do you all use? The spell-check doesn't seem to work anymore in Chrome, and I can't upload photos in IE!!

The spell check works sporadically for me in Chrome. I always do the whole report and photo upload in Chrome, then if the spell check doesn't load, I save the report, re-open it in IE and do the spell check and submit the job in there.
  • Lucky you TG, I have to pay for my own accommodation, although the thought of 5 nights kid free means this is worth every penny.

I go in September to somewhere hot and relaxing. (and hopefully hurricane free!!)

technically, all of their clients should be invite only, except obviously we know the codes to add them all.

I would however agree that the 'super shoppers' one are their main client, and I would expect that they would too. That doesn't mean to devalue all of their other clients, but I would be amazed if, when they poached their latest client, one of their main selling points wasn't the high street presence and brand name of that particular shop.

I agree - the "super shopper" client would definitely have gone a long way in securing the other major client they poached a few months ago - and now this more recent one!:j

I love the super shopper ones as they are regular jobs - but the other two are that bit more exciting aren't they?! :D

I know it's not their main client, at least not in "job value", but I've not done one of the "other" jobs yet, got to wait until October half-term to take my hubby and kids on our 2 week all-expenses-paid trip to Florida with them. SO EXCITED, can't wait!! Micky Mouse here we come!!!

I'd still say in volume of jobs, the Super Shopper client is by far their biggest though!!

And .. Oh my God ... did you just agree with me on something? :rotfl::rotfl:

...and it's a big fat LOL from me! :rotfl:

  • I said the same thing on the survey. But to be honest I'm not so sure I would instantly pick up RE jobs for their paltry fees. I quite like the phonecalls after the hapless shopper has or hasn't completed the job; makes the work more lucrative for us reliables! :p

They ring me quite often with urgent ones where someones dropped a job or done it wrong... And then offer an increase that brings it to what any other company would have done to start with :rotfl:

No wonder they have so many dropped jobs... I've dropped one or two myself in the past when I haven't been able to find anything to combine them with, they're definitely more a fill in around other work because it's not worth driving a lot of miles for their fees! :D

As much as we're in this to improve service standards etc etc a big motivator is also the money, and you'll never get rich working for RE...

ABAi Cat Job Payment advise just received.
  • Has anyone else had this on gyp...

Theres a local burger on there, drive-thru and walk in are available, whenever I pick a date on either one the little tick box to the left is greyed out and won't let me tick it... Seems a bit odd... All the others on the page will let me pick a date and tick the box just not the ones for this particular outlet...

    Hi Ninja,

Think it is a glitch on their system. Miss Qwerty and I experienced exactly the same thing with one of our local burger places which was greyed out for a couple of weeks.
