I don't get itemised bills. Do I need to for tax purposes?

If you're going to claim it back. No online itemised facility?

I'll look into it. I just moved to BT so I'm not sure what I have access to.
Moving onto a better place...Ciao

Just been thinking about these Edigital surveys. Does anyone know how to find out how much we are being charged for using all these 0844 numbers? Some are listed and that's fine, except when my 8min call was 10p/min! It reduces the fee somewhat for a simple survey.
I have emailed BT just wondered if anyone else knew
    thanks

Try this one Rachel. Used to work for BT and this is the page we used to check who owned the number ranges. Shows the cost in the tariff column.

Had a TNS restaurant job booked for this evening. The notes said to visit between 7-9pm.

Packed the bairns off to my parents and set off to the shopping centre. Arrived at 7.20pm and found the restaurant closed. Came home and checked on the website and it closes at 5pm on Sundays. How annoying

As we were hungry, we ended up going into another restaurant instead, so we're really out of pocket now :(
Here I go again on my own....

At least you don't have to write a report about it!! That must be a rare occurrence for us lot hehe :)

BT give you itemised billing online; you just need the username/password to login to your area on their site.

yeah, saw that. wasnt going back after it was closed the first time. waiting to see if i get paid anything for the visit.

Gyp arent my favourite company at the moment. My peebles visit got rejected because i spent under the reimbursement in the shop. My bar of chocolate was on offer and i only found out after it was rung up. Looks like they're still using my report though as i never saw the site come up again for a revisit. Have taken real delight in turning down 3 phone calls from them trying to cover urgent jobs.

Not had that happen (yet) but have had other clients where things have rung through less than I'd expected. If it's a convenience or petrol etc I normally panic and ask for a lighter or matches or something to bump it up to the minimum :-)
  • Oh dear- I think I might be going to get shot off RE, carried out two jobs in a chain of electrical stores today, had printed off all my briefs etc for the week and filed them in order, did the same scenario twice today, then came to fill it in online, and the briefs are slightly different, I must have printed off the same PDF twice instead on two different ones, the questionnaires are the same apart from one question about technical spec so I hadn't even noticed my mistake when I'd run through the questionnaires , gah, I've mailed them tonight and explained, I can't redo the visit as it was one where you reveal yourself but they're welcome to the report on the other scenario, but am guessing that will be the end of my MS with RE then??
Hoping to get money smart enough to avoid working full time and paying extortionate money to a stranger for the privilege of enjoying my two beautiful children for 40+hrs a week until my son is 3 and my daughter starts school in 2012 :D
