Loading has to be continuous but that is not at all the same as "however constant activity must be seen" by any stretch of the imagination. Lambeth's text is patently ludicrous and nonsense.
Somewhat besides the point if the Poster was not loading but worth mentioning so that people are not misled by the madness of Lambeth.0 -
Cheers all. I had a read through the Jane Packer Flowers case but, as some have already said, my SIL wasnt loading, simply waiting for her partner (He got it in the ear for this BTW
).
Anyway, it looks pretty conclusive to be honest but I really appreciate everybody looking at this for me. I may pop over to pepipoo (Out of interest, does anyone know what PePiPoo stands for.... :think:) and ask if anyone can spot an error with the ticket though.

Please post this on pepipoo as there may be a get out on the back of the pcn, they state within the 28 days etc but this is not correct. I'm not 100% about this so more expert eye's are needed.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
