Contract confusion

I bought a t-mobile contract phone which was 12 months half price on an 18 month contract (9 months half price, 6 months full price, the last 3 months half price). However, I've had the phone for a year now, I have never been charged full price, and when I spoke to their c/s they said my contract was up and I could get an upgrade. I am a bit retisent, seeing as I've got the original contract with 18 months ticked. What should I do?

Are you wanting a new phone or why dont you stick with it a bit longer and see what happens to the billing over the next month or two - if they say that you are eligible for an upgrade then they are probably right. If/when they tell you that again ask them if there are any charges etc.

In the end you have had all the months half price that you were were going to have had over the 18 months so it may be a good idea to quit while you are ahead - unless you want to see what happens or dont want a new phone

  • ON an 18 month deal on T-Mobile, you can upgrade after 12 months.
