So no installation charges. Have we just been charged for 2 months and then after this we will be charged monthly?

EDIT: Think I've found the answer

'You pay for services one month in advance. So as well as the first full calendar month after you join, you are also paying for the part of the current month that was remaining on the day you joined. '

So basically they have billed us two months.
