Sky vouchers problem

I wondered ikf any could give me any advice on what to do next please

We took out Sky HD in december and aprt of the offer was we would get £50 of tesco vouchers.Well we still havent got them dispite phoning every month and them telling us ok we have ordered them for you and will be with you within 28 days.So we wait and nothing arrives so we ring up again and again

On wednesday this week i phoned up again and they promised to get it sorted as it showed they hadnt been sent still and that someone would definatly ring me by 7pm that evening but we have heard nothing

Im getting sick of rining them on a 0844 number and spending apoorx 20 mins on the phone to them each time by the time theyve passed me around different depatments

Any idea what i can do next please?

    I've just completed my first year with Sky ...... and I STILL haven't received the £50 of vouchers promised if I took out Sky Sports package!!
    I gave up as I reckoned that my phone bill would end up being more than the vouchers and as I got box and installation for nowt I CUT MY LOSSES !!!!

    Thanks daniel.thomas4...... but unfortunately I signed up on line...my problem was that none of the emails/paperwork that I received after signing up, mentioned the Tesco offer so I had an uphill battle anyway with Customer Services ...as I said, gave up in disgust!

    Well i rung them yet again and they said it doesnt say anywhere on our account about the vouchers but luckily i still have the paperwork that mentions them so i have to photocopy them and send them to them and then they should be able to sort it out
