Do any mobile providers have inclusive calls to 0845, 0800, 0870 etc?

Only one I can find is T-mobile who let you add on 30 minutes of calls to 0800,0808,0845,0842,0843 and 0870 numbers for £2.50.

Giffgaff don't charge for any freephone numbers but 0870/0845 are 20p a min0
