http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000EMQPGW/
Currently available for £122.88 including delivery at Amazon.
Features:
6.0 megapixel for impressive detail in larger prints (14 x 19)
3X Optical zoom
6X Digital zoom
2.5 LCD screen
32 MB internal memory
VGA Movie mode (640 x 480)
High sensitivity mode Anti Blur (ISO 1000)
Carl Zeiss Vario Tessar Lens
A question as well: If anyone owns one of these, can you tell me if it accepts ordinary memory sticks or is it Pro Duo only. The reason for the question is that I've posted a cheap 512mb Memory stick pro in another thread (£8.98 inc del). I just wondered if it is suitable for this camera. See here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=259832
Ye'!, And!!?. How am I supposed to know?

True about the entry and mid range cubershots, the top models such as the R series take standard Memory stick and Compact Flash too.
www.sony.co.uk has all the info about the memory they take.0 -
my sony P72 take the big memory stick.0

It's not in stock at Dixons though. Probably Dixons' cynical attempts at driving traffic to their site from Pricerunner because I haven't seen them have stock at this price.Ye'!, And!!?. How am I supposed to know?0 -
That is a great deal! No need to spend more on other cameras when this is just as small and probably just as good. See here for a review:

I've got the w-70 which afaik is identical bar a slightly higher resolution. Sfsg, it's a great little camera and the battery lasted a whole month in India! For the price given I'd say it was well worth a look. And yes, it only takes duo.0

http://www.dpinterface.com/reviews/sony-cybershot-w70/index.html has a helpful table comparing the cameras in the W-series. I think general consensus is that there isn't much of a jump W50 to W70 (or even W100).0
