I have won a huge 50" TV, stand and surround sound system in a competition, but it is just too big for my house.
Can anybody advise the best place to sell this ?
Thanks

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. Have a look at selling it on online small ads, that way you have no fees to pay, the buyer has to come and collect it and pay in cash, once they have bought it they have no come back on any problems.
Make a point of mentioning that it has a full manufacturers guarantee.
You can list it on places such as Gumtree, Freeads and Adtrader.0 -
Call me sceptical, but this sounds dodgy to me......

Most people I know wont buy electricals from a car boot incase they dont work as youve no come back especially on such an expensive tv. Also realistically who at a carboot will have enough money for a brand new 50" tv most people go there hoping for cheap used items
Where ever you sell it keep proof that you won it as somebody may think its stolen and report you to the policeWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0
