Advice needed
Hi
I received two separate welcome letters from Tesco Mobile to my address but, addressed to somebody I've never heard of, welcoming this person to tesco mobile pay monthly on iPhone. It goes on to say that this persons chosen to connect to their 24 month contract for 45.00 per month. I contacted Tesco mobile call centre. I was told that someone from the fraud department would contact me within 48hrs I got no call. I contacted them again and this time they promised someone from fraud would call me back. Again I received no call. I have since found out that two credit searches /checks have been made from Tesco Mobile for this person under my address. Please can anyone advise me what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated. Tesco just dont want to help.
