hey guys dont know if this is the right area but am sure it will get moved if its not. anyway, i few months ago orange sent me two pay monthly sims that i didnt ask for but when they come i discussed it with my girlfriend and she wanted to keep one at £15 a month and if u didnt want them i had to phone up and cancel them. so i phoned up and cancelled one and kept the other for my girlfriend, since may i have been charged £24.51, june £18.50 and july £18.50 for this sim i have never used even a text on and after i first received the may payment one i went ape! and phoned nd they said ok it will take another month to cancel so i let them get away with it...but its happened again and i want to know am i entitled to that money back some how??? or is it a good will from them if they do
