E2 Save Cashback Problem

Hi,

looking for some advice.

My girlfriend took out an orange upgrade contract with e2 save a fair few months ago now.

I sorted it for her and spoke to a guy called Ali.
Ali said that he couldn't give any discounts on the package, but offered us a substantial cashback deal.

I'm not a fan of cashback, but Ali offered to e-mailmy girlfriend when her cashback vouchers needed to be sent off, however, as yet we haven't received any cashback vouchers and we certainly haven't received any e-mails.

Is there anything we can do?

We only really took it out as he promised to e-mail us, he hasn't and even though its past the cashback date, we havent received the vouchers, so how exactly were we meant to claim?

I'm obviously fairly annoyed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) NEVER agree to any cashback deal unless it's in writing first. 2) They don't use vouchers any more. 3) Call or email them. Since she appears to have absolutely no proof she's stuffed - although it it WAS a cashback deal the fact would have come with the phone documentation when it arrived. How do you know when "the cashback date" (whatever you mean by that) is past? If you have the details of a cashback deal on the documents follow the t&c, claim and sue if they don't pay. If not, it's her own bad judgement - there's enough advice about this company and its sister cpw dealers spanning years for anyone who wants to get their money to avoid such problems.
