    Ok guys update!
the item where I believed not to be an authetic item has been sent back & refund has been given. The other two items where I haven't recieved them I have opened a claim, the one person hasn't answered the other person as said she posted it 14 days after I purchased it & once it is posted it is up to me now, not her!!! So what do I do now re the paypal claim???
Many thanks for all your help.

Ignore any seller that tells you it is your problem.

Leave paypal claim open until you get a refund, you have opened a full chargeback haven't you? As she didn't post it for 14 days she has no seller protection anyway.
