I think it would be a helpful block, but I don't think it's really fair to base it on a set number- if say someone has bought 5 items and left 5 negs they seem to me like a worse buyer than one who has bought 1000 and left 5.

I had someone asking they admitted they had not paid for something once but i knew that was rubbish as i think i had it set for more than 3 non paying bidder strikes. So i said it must be a glitch with ebay as i had it set for 3 or more. I told them to get in touch with ebay lol
