HELP private messages

I hope someone can help me ,I've finally got the PMs to open in a new window but it's a full screen window .


Is there any way to make it open in a reduced size window .

All help /advice appreciated

No seriously, how did you do it?

hold the shift key and click on private message (top right) will open it in a new window, as for the resizing, you could always drag it smaller, hover mouse over bottom of screen till see up down arrows, left click keep finger on and move it up, same for width.

only thing is to resize it back before you close the window else they will all open that size

not the fix you was maybe looking for but a tempory one that may help

I have always cancelled the pop up that asks if you want it in a new window because it never worked properly

Then it takes me to the Inbox which is the whole window and not a pop up window. Do you get email notification? I unclicked that too as it just tells you a new message is there and I am usually here anyway

That was one thing I liked about Yabb was being able to get my pm's to my email then they were safe and easy to read again if necessary and I could delete my inbox every day.

Stick with the e-mail alerts and what m00nie said

And download your PM's as text or something.

Well I'd like to say something really technical here ........but all my problem was as to why it wouldn't open in a new window was



my pop-up blocker was on in zonealarm:eek:

Ah well thats maybe my problem too, though I thought I read somewhere it was to do with Firefox though I have allowed pop-ups for MSE on there.
