You can register, but the system isn't crediting the usual 75 points for registration.

Something else to complain to T&V about?

Same thing happened to me! Also, if you complete uncompleted profiles in an attempt to pick up the 2,000 point bonus, they still show as uncompleted afterwards.

I had this happen. there's a option to turn surveys on and off. Turn it off log off and the log on again and turn it back on. It seemed to fix it.

Just spotted this in the FAQ:

Why don't I get points for product tests ?
Product tests are organised by Test&Vote. We think it is nice that you can keep the product after testing and now our products are getting more exciting (recently we had Ipods, TVs). So we are sure you won't miss the 75 points...

Looks like it's not a mistake that people aren't getting the 75 points anymore.

Sometimes it seems that Test and Vote communications are written the way they are in order to cause maximum irritation to the reader. Next they'll be asking us to pay them - or paying out in magic beans!

Could you please tell me how to do this? Where is that option? :o

the boggers .. first they double the amount of points needed to cash out ., then they dont credit surveys and now you dont even get pints to regitser a test ! and just how many people actually get to test anything ! aroungg 1 in a million !!!!!!!!!!!!!

i only joined for amazon vouchers too .. 1 point off when they changed it ! and doubled the points needed

oh deep joy - and as they don't seem to want me to either test anything or do any surveys then it's going to take me forever to get anything....
  • how rubbish is that? If you don't get chosen (and I never had) then you don't get anything!!! obviously they have a lot of issues but still not a bad site really, I think the points to redeem for a tenner is a lot.
