I get this now. Have you tried reloading the page . I don't mean to preach to the converted :)

What can be won on Test&Vote?

    * Convertible points (into Amazon vouchers) each time you login and participate.
    * …£ 1000 in cash if you are the happy lottery winner, which takes place every month.

How can you win points on Test&Vote?

    * Registration earns you 1,500 points
    * Quick votes, each time you take part earns you 15 points
    * Product testing, registering earns you 75 points
    * Surveys earn you between 3,000 and 30,000 points
    * Referring a friend, for each person who joins Test&Vote because of you, you will earn 500 points
    * Subject panels, if you complete these, you get 500 points per subject.

    40000 points = 1 Amazon voucher worth £ 10

How to win the …£ 1000?

    * The first month there is nothing for you to do, as your registration to the website automatically entitles you to a ticket for the …£ 1000 draw for the current month.
    * For the draws of the following months, you can exchange points for lottery tickets (the more tickets you buy the more chance of winning you have)

    1,500 points = 1 lottery ticket for the …£ 1000 draw

    Hi Caggie
I get the same as you when I click on Rewards.
But when I go to my personal area I get what I posted above
Have you looked under the personal section?

sparky61 You are completely right. How confusing. Perhaps this research company should analyse their own site.

I'm getting the same message in the Personal area as Sparky.

So what is going on? They are still doing Amazon vouchers but not until the backlog has been cleared? So why did they send out those emails last week to some people (not me though!) saying Amazon vouchers are no more?

    Curiouser and curiouser...

I have had a such around the Test & Vote site and cannot find a contact address other than for Toluna under 'investors' at the bottom of the screen.

Even the terms and conditions only give telephone and fax number. Does anyway have a real contact address.

Who do you want a contact address for and do you mean email or postal address? If it's to contact Test & Vote go to the FAQ's at the top right of the page then scroll down to the 'click here' for contacting them.

If that's not what you are after....sorry :o

    Found it thanks.

Is there a real person who will answer my questions about the site and the surveys?
Yes. If you have questions about the site or the surveys in which members of the panels would be able to participate, you can contact us at the following email address: question@testandvote.com. We will respond as soon as possible.
