I received this email from them today:

Dear Member,

We are very sorry with the problems you have been experiencing with your amazon voucher order.

We have taken the decision to recredit all points and not accept any more amazon voucher orders until our delivery issues have been resolved.

We will therefore be crediting your account with 40,000 points and we will be starting new reward schemes over the coming weeks for which you can use your points.

Your participation is very important to us which is why we have stopped distributing amazon rewards until we can do it in a satisfactory way for us and our members.

Please recheck the site over the coming weeks to find new and exciting ways of using your points!

Maybe if enough of us email them suggesting they pay us in cash instead (like Ciao does) they may take it on board? I'm in the same boat - waiting for an Amazon voucher (but cash would do just as well )

Wonder what the "new and exciting" ways they're going to come up with (if it's anything as exciting as Pixmania, I'm out! :rolleyes:)

But hey, you never know, they might start giving out cash!

I had 2 e-mails today. 1 saying they would credit me with points I didn't get for completing a survey to 75% which then said I wasn't being chosen for this survey and the second saying they were crediting me with 40,000 instead of my voucher. I like Amazon vouchers!

Bummer - I just got to 40,000 points! Wonder what I'm gonna get instead of an Amazon voucher....

That is seriously naff. That site was tight enough as it was when it was 20,000 for just 1 small £5 voucher. They then made it tougher by setting it to 40,000 and now they are trying to worm their way out of that. That site is going down the pan. I haven't recieved a survey from them for lightyears.
