Test & Vote (merged)

I think Test and vote and a bit of a con I have been with them for a while and completed the surveys and mini one on site. I one day clicked an invite to go and do survey (which you often answer a fair few questions for and are then told ' sorry you don't qualify'), anyway I clicked this link and it asked me to sign in which I tried to using my user and pass - but it didn't have any recognition of me. So I emailed the company who checked out my info and informed me that indeed I wasn't a member.
Having enjoyed an amazon voucher once, I fail to see how they could suggest I wasn't a member (especially when you consider I was responding to an invite anyway). It annoyed me due to the fact I had begun to build my points up again.
I doubt I will bother with them again although I may enroll through one of the cashback sites to get at least a little recompense.Loving freebies:coffee::rotfl:0 -
starlite wrote:can I ask what the subject line is when you get the vouchers? I'm often worried mine will go into my junk folder, which attracts 300 plus emails a day, and I'll miss it.
I received mine this morning from "gc-orders@amazon.co.uk" the subject line says "TestandVote ToLuna sent you an Amazon.com Gift Certificate!"
Hope this helps and you haven't missed any vouchers.0 -
Really annoyed with Test & Vote. Received a survey tonight and spent about 25 minutes completing it. It then asked about MSN toolbars to which I ticked 'no', and the next page said I wasn't suitable for the survey.
I've emailed them to see what they have to say :mad:0 -

Surprised to hear people are getting their Amazon vouchers. I ordered one on May 15th which still hasn't arrived. I've contacted them twice about this, and they told me "Your voucher is late because of a serious problem we are experiencing with the Amazon distribution system.". Yet it seems to be working for other people. I'd better get back in touch with them. :mad:0

It's funny how I sent them a link to this forum and 2 days later they sent me a voucher! They still owe me one and also, today I complained because I filled out 75% of a survey (according to the status bar) and it took 10 minutes. Then it said they had enough people for the survey and closed! I wasn't pleased. If it wasn't for the fact that I blatantly lie to get the surveys in the first place I'd leave!0

I 'claimed' a £10 Amazon voucher from Test & Vote yesterday (taken ages to get it!). They emailed the voucher code to me yesterday and I used it today on Amazon with no problems at all.0

I finally got my missing Amazon voucher from April yesterday - but they sent me 2 vouchers

However, I haven't yet received the 2 Pixmania vouchers I ordered a few weeks ago so I'm hoping they're not having problems with these now.........0 -

Surveys are coming very irregularly, sometimes twice a week and then nothing for 2 months. I think that Ciao or TNS are much better.
I have to agree with the majority of people here, I have been doing the surveys for a couple of weeks now and they are tedious with very little credit, it's going to take ages to get my voucher. What is Ciao or TNS, sounds like I should try these instead.
