  • I have been waiting since april for my voucher too, emailed this weekend and waiting for a supply, I have yet to be selected to test a product! I am waiting for one 10 pound voucher and am half way my second, am thinking of leaving this site after i (IF) get my second voucher, too much waiting to get your rewards, considering you probably spend 3 - 5 hours, completing surveys for 10 pounds!

    Must be a very small fraction of those registered get to test the product, I suspect they only have one or two item to send out.

    I've never been chosen either. You can look up how many people have been picked to test a product (can't remember how, but it must be easy if I found out how to do it!). It shows everyone's email addresses somewhere.

    For the more expensive products to be tested, it's normally just one person chosen and, for the cheaper ones, anything from about 5 people to 30.

  • I've actually emailed the company the link for this forum and asked them to look at the criticism they are receiving in the hope that they improve their service. I'm fed up of the wait! 3 months now for my voucher and they owe me another once since.:mad:

  • Just recieved a reply to my email, asked about my voucher from April, they are stating that they are still having problems with the Amazon Voucher Distribution system, they have apologised and stated I can change my order to a pixmania voucher, and to compensate, they are crediting my account with 10,000 points (equivilent to 2.50 pounds).

    I suggest that all those that are still waiting for there vouchers, email in and hopefully you will get the extra points as well.

    How does this Amazon Distribution System work exactly? I would have thought it would be quite easy: they put in an order for how many vouchers they need, Amazon duely sends the vouchers.

    Having said that, the Better Than Banners website is claiming that Amazon are the ones at fault for the delay in their vouchers as well...:undecided
  • It's all well and good them offering pixmania vouchers instead but I don't want pixmania vouchers. If I had wanted pixmania vouchers I would have ordered them in the first place. :mad:

    i have been waiting exactly the same amount of time too, was also offered a pixmania voucher instead BUT someone on the voucher and discount board hasnt received his pixmania voucher either !!

    i complained and received the offer of points compensation, its yet to appear on my account.

    I also had trouble gettting an amazon voucher after getting their credit card, due to communication problems between the card issuer and amazon, apparently, so im not sure the problem lies with T&V .

    At the moment, I would say just sit on them till the problems with vouchers are sorted out. Keep piling them up, they'll come in handy at Christmas. On second thought you might want to order vouchers now, that way they might arrive before Christmas!;)
