Yep I'm done with them..they owe me £40 in amazon vouchers..after they sent me them, then they were declined as 'invalid code' by amazon,

can't face emailing and emailing again..and geting no response.

Funnily enough when I don't want to recieve them, I've had 9 survey emails sent to me by them in the past 4 days..

Like a lot of others, I'm hardly ever given the chance to complete a survey ... " we have enough respondents, etc., etc. Think I'm going to give up on this lot.

I've just ordered my first ever voucher from Test & Vote. It's taken me 5 months. Just hope it turns up without the hassle fellow MSErs have had.

How long do the vouchers usually take? I've just requested a £10 Pixmania voucher which I'm hoping comes quickly! :P

I don't know about the pixmania vouchers but it tells you to wait 3-4 weeks for the Amazon vouchers. I know a few people are having problems getting their Amazon vouchers, you might be luckier with the pixmania ones. I ordered a £10 Amazon voucher on 27/7/06 so I still have a couple of weeks to wait to see if it turns up.

My main problem with T&V is getting the points credited to my account. It rarely happens automatically, but in fairness they have always added points manually when I've compained.

With all survey sites I always keep the original survey invitation on file until the points have been credited.

I've got two on order, and my partner has one. All still within the three to four week delivery they quote on their FAQ page.
