Not sure what the problem is if malwarebytes isn't picking it up. Not sure if combofix is worth running or not so wait for alienRIK.0

Can't find much info on asteres.exe, seems to have been around for about a year, but couldn't find any reference to av/anti malware progs picking it up as an infection. Probably safe to remove.

TICK and FIX it in hijack (as well as the dead files grandmaster posted)
If that doesnt work then id assume its a compatability problem. Id be looking at AVG and/or HOTSPOT SHIELD (More than likely hotspot is the cause)
Id better add, I dont trust hotspot at all. Ive heard all sorts of stories about it. The worst being they even placed a keylogger in it at one point!:idea:0 -
