I could not find out how you tick the 02BHO messages or do you do it in hijack this?

Yes, run HiJackThis "Do a system scan and save a logfile".
Then tick those three boxes.
Then click "Fix checked".

Not sure what the problem is if malwarebytes isn't picking it up. Not sure if combofix is worth running or not so wait for alienRIK.

TICK and FIX it in hijack (as well as the dead files grandmaster posted)

If that doesnt work then id assume its a compatability problem. Id be looking at AVG and/or HOTSPOT SHIELD (More than likely hotspot is the cause)

Id better add, I dont trust hotspot at all. Ive heard all sorts of stories about it. The worst being they even placed a keylogger in it at one point!
