CCP game, eve online crashes with vista...

Hi, ive been experiencing program crash with this game... any suggestions please? tried DEP off, firewalls off.... i think its a network problem, . on my xp machine i sometimes have a little lag while the game sends or receives info, but on m y vista machine, it just crashes, windows gives a message saying ccp exe program…
