Cancelling 3 when contract still running

I have a 3 contract and hate the phone I have with it.
Can I cancel the contract if I pay 3 the remainder of the contract money owed.
For instance I have 11 months left at £10 a month so if i give them £110 Can I close the contract.
Or does any1 know if we can get the HTC DESIRE ON 3

i don't know about cancelling the contract, best ring them to find out but I just got a htc desire on 3 last weekend. It's a great phone.0

That should be possible, you might find you even get a tiny discount for cancelling.0
