how do you work out flext

im on flext 40 with t mobile and am trying to work out how many minutes and texts i use before i upgrade so i can judge my new contract

how do i work this out

flext 40 is £250 worth of credit to use as you like, and i also get free weekend calls.
i usually use all of this every month.any help appreciated x

Averagely, it's 20p a minute to call landlines and mobiles and 10p to text. 08 numbers are more depending on the numbers you are calling.
