Morning, money is now at £34 for the rest of the holidays, well actually the rest of the month, so need it to last until payday which is tuesday. We're out today (friends this morning and Tigz this afternoon), then don't have much else planned over the weekend so far. I do need to get ds haircut (about £8) but am hoping the money will stretch out for those few daysMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Am sure you can make it stretch! £10 spent this morning
The car park was a couple of quid and then drinks/cake in the cafe took the rest of it. We had a nice catch up with friends though and then let the kids chuck pebbles into the sea, although it was sooo blowy down there  Then we stopped and watched some trains at the station on the way back.
Change of plan this afternoon, Tigz let me know when is good with you and we'll sort out a catch-up, hope dd has a fab birthday
When I got in postie had kindly brought me some vouchers from tesco, 4 of them to be used in september, each one is spend £30 get £10 off  These are fab as I can't go in there without spending over £30 so won't be a problemI've already decided that each £10 I save will go into the holiday fund, so thats £40 of septembers holiday budget already found, just another tenner to find

Phoned the csa back again, (have decided not to let this drop
), and they said they have tried getting in touch with him and he's not answering ... I have asked them to go ahead with the deo thing again as I don't trust him in any way to pay them, they said the lady who would have to make that decision / is dealing with my case isn't in until tomorrow so she will call me then  I don't really see why it needs a particular woman to decide it, he's had chance after chance to pay and hasn't done so   Anyway, she's going to call me tomorrow about it, does anyone else think I'm being unreasonable asking for it to come out of his wages before he gets paid?? I think I've been more than reasonable and I just want what ds is legally entitled to

Quite agree with you Benben, especially as you don't know if the maintenance will continue indefinitely.0

Morning, not many days left of the holidays, I'm back at work next thursday
Today the weather still isn't looking very good, we may return library books and get ds haircut so that those jobs are done.
Other than that I don't have much planned again today, maybe I'll do a menu plan and start thinking about some exercise again now that its nearly time to properly climb back on the ww wagon
Last night I relisted 7 items on ebay, none of them sold first time around so am not expecting wonders but it would be good if they went and I got some pennies in the processMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

I don't think you are wrong in asking for the csa to take money from his wages. FWIW, I told OH when he left that I would be happy with the informal arrangement that we made, but the day he makes excuses (other than the genuine "loss of job" things") is the day I stop being reasonable and do what I need to do.
So, yes, stick to your guns. If you don't do so now, you will find it very difficult to do so later.
