We had a nice afternoon at mums, ds has been helping her paint her fence and he loved it
We may be going again tomorrow, weather permitting, to do some more.
Spendwise I spent about £11 on bread, milk, bisucits etc followed by fish/chips for tea
Mum had been into Pirmark for the first time ever yesterday and treated ds and I to a pair of pj's each for the winter; they are the fleecy ones they do that I always buy a new pair each winter, so at least I won't need to now this year :TMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Morning, the weather here is looking seriously pants today
So its looking like a mainly indoor day again. Ds is happy with that, he's got all his shop stuff out and is playing shopkeepers
I'm expecting a delivery from Next today, I was very naughty and have ordered some leggings which I desperately need, and a dress for work. Total cost = £48 but if the dress isn't totally lovely then it can go back. It does however look lovely in the pic, just depends on the fit once its on.
Nothing new in the banking today, not much else to report at all really; if we're in today I may try and list what I have in the present cupboard so I can begin to think about xmas when I go back to school.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Next order has arrived and the dress is yummy, will look fab with thick tights and chunky boots in the winter and makes a change from living in trousers for the next 6 months

I love this look. It's mainly what I wear to work in the autumn and winter - nice 'n' snuggly. I love when the seasons change and new styles come out...not that I can afford to go mad but it's nice to get some new bits. It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
A very productive morning here; I have gutted two cupboards in my room, the ones that hold all the paperwork, photos, general bits that need to be kept but don't really live anywhere ... anyway, two bin bags are now full ready for the tip and the cupboards are looking much better
They are the kind of cupboards that never stay tidy for long and always need sorting, but at least I know that when I go back to school they are up to date for now
I also found my glasses that I haven't worn for months and months, anyway put them on and everything was soooo much clearer, hadn't realised how much I need to wear themSo I must start wearing them daily again now.
So, this afternoon I am going to spend some time playing with ds, hopefully try and encourage him into a bit of reading and writing too without him noticingOther than that most of the flat is still reasonably tidy, I will potter and stay on top of bits and pieces but overall its fairly good right now

I've just had a phonecall from the csa .....
He's made a payment today to them :j :j
but instead of the £523 that he owes them he's paid £200
I guess its better than nothing, at least its some of it, I should get it next week and it can go into the mortgage pot when it arrives; now the battle starts to recover the rest of what he owes :mad:Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

This is good. Hopefully you'll get more soon. Mine was in arrears for 2 years (and there still doesn't seem to be a logical pattern as to when it goes in but at least it does in dribs and drabs).
Doesn't help when you're on a budget and need to allocate funds thoughIt's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
Sorry hun just seen your reply.... we're still ok for 2moro but I think weather meant to be pants!!!
Shall we see what it's like 2moro and decide then? x"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Edmund Burke
