Morning all
I realised last night I go back to work in 3 weeks
so need to get some of the bits and pieces finished that I've been meaning to get done in the holidays. I have written a huge long list of stuff that needs doing before we go back to school and am going to work through some of it today.
Nothing new in the banking today. Had an email to say some more of my Next order is on its way, although some of it was summer stuff and tbh its a bit late now, may just send it back anyway :cool:Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Wow your DS is amazing, what a cutiepie! DD has been given £6 by my mum and she keeps on trying to give it to me to spend on icecreams on holiday, she's 5 now and I might give her a purse with 10 euros in and see how she gets on with having her own money, see what kind of things she chooses

She's coming home from spending time at my parents' today, I can't wait

Well the weather was nice so we decided to make the most of it and go out for the day. We got the bus (£4.40) to a nearby town where we watched some more buses :cool: then went for a walk along the quay, had a picnic (spent £5.18 in M&S) and ds played in a new outdoor water area with fountains and jets
After that ds had an ice-cream (£1.70 :eek:) and we fed the ducks and swans (90p for a bag of food). Then we had a look round the electricity museum (free to get in :T 75p for a programme), before catching the bus home again, stoppingoff at the park on the way, and picking up some milk and peas too at the shop (£2.00). Total spends = approx £15.
Now its time for some more of those bits from the list and maybe make a cake later too.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

It sounds like you have had a lovely day, you have to make the most of the summer days as the winter is very long indeed.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0

£2.47 profit from a free game bet in an email, all helps

Ds has just had his bath, I've cooked a chicken and have some banana gingerbread in the oven; sounds yummy but am not sure how it will turn out, I didn't have enough golden syrup so had to use some treacle instead

Am envious of your day our. We are just battening down the hatches for a big blow here in new zealand this weekend.
Hope things are progressing as well as they can be with all the uncertainty around payments
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Thankyou Chev, I'm up early today (fell asleep before 9 last night :eek:), and its nice and sunny already
Todays plan includes;
calling the solicitor to see if he's heard anymore from the police, checking ds school uniform and writing a list of whatever we need to get, attacking the garage, cleaning the guinea pigs and visiting my aunt.
Off to check the banking etc, back soon
