Newcastle BS Cheek!

After all the hassle I had opening a 4 year ISA with Newcastle BS who then closed the account and wouldn't allow me to fund it, they said they would credit me back the 500GBP deposit.
I've just looked at my bank statement and they have credited 491.12 :mad:
Anyone else experienced this?
TIA
