BT have just charged me £1.00.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
I've made calls during the weekend so isn't that "inclusive"?0

You could say what is meant by a chargeable call and an inclusive call but imparting information and participating in this forum on a significant basis is not part of your agenda.0 -
Just got off the phone from speaking to someone in India. I've been told that as I'm on the "Unlimited Weekend" plan that I have to make at least 2 "chargeable" calls per month otherwise I will incur a £1.00 charge. The person I spoke to apologised for the confusion over the wording on my bill - told me to ignore the word "inclusive" as it didn't really mean that!!!!!!!!! As a goodwill gesture they will refund the £1.00 charge on this occasion. Really bizarre!!0
