but alas i to have had the phone call cancelling it!!!!!

serves me right i might of got it last night if i had ordered it then!!!!

Was it not Tesco who honoured a mis price or something last year on the xbox? Might be worth arguing

The guy from Tesc's just rung back, and like spuds says, apparently the 'item no. was incorrect and the phone ordered only has one handset". Ok, then why does my email and order confirmation state 1 x OneTel OT450 Quad Pack Tam DECT Phone £29.95 (1 @ 29.95 each) ?!?!? I think that says QUAD pack to me ! The image was a QUAD pack and the description described a QUAD pack !! Aaaarrggghhh, where's a screen shot when you need it !! Anyone please ? *goes to put kettle on*

I've refused to cancel my order to give me a bit of time to think a plan of action. He's calling me back tomorrow Sod the cuppa, who do I have to argue with at Tesco ?

Ooo, I'm evil when I'm pre-menstral Ok, spoke to customer services, a REAL !!!!Y GUY !!! Yuk !!! Anyway, he's saying that it was a item coding error and that the product ordered was a single. I said that the image was a QUAD pack and the description described a QUAD pack, my screen confirmation was a QUAD pack and my email confirmation stated a QHAD pack !! No mention of an item number to be seen anywhere on MY confirmation and the fact that the whole order page has now been scrapped looks a little suspicious ! So he asked if I still wanted to take delivery of the single ? No, not when the price of that is the same price as a trio DOH !!! I want what I ordered, what I have paid for and what you have confirmed ! Starts getting !!!!y at this point and says he's going to cancel my order anyway ! !!!!!! !!!! I told him I didn't want him to do that and that if Tesco send me the wrong product other than what I have purchased then I would complain again then ! Phew.... *slump* Ok guys, help me out here.... what now ?

Glad I didnt bother ordering any! Went through loads a tesco discount codes, but none of em worked with it, with the fiver postage it didnt sound such a good deal, specialy when the argos ones from a year or 2 ago still working fine. Got a quad pack of empty bake been tins n some string if anyones interested......................... swop em for some cufflinks maybe. )

If anyone has a spare set of these, or could get out to pick some up from their local store I would be most grateful. Our two nearest stores don't stock them and I can't get out and about because my Baby Daughter was only born four days ago (ahhhh..) and I've got my hands full.....

Will happily pay postage plus a little extra....
