My vote goes to: traps/drains .... or hidden dead things.

Viewed a repo flat about 6 weeks ago, looked fine, smelled fine. Went for another look the other day and it stank! Any ideas as to why this may be? The estate agent reckoned it could be to do with the drains or something because the water had been cut off for so long
What does it smell of?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -

It's hard to explain mate. My sister viewed the flat with me and she said it smelt of a dead rat. I asked her if she's ever actualy smelled a dead rat ebfore and she assured me that she has
If it is a dead rat or other animal in the property or under the floorboards, in the attic or in the walls then the smell should go after a few weeks.0
