HELP - Massive Bill
Hi
Could anyone tell me where I stand with T Mobile. I spent most of the summer staying with my parents in Ireland after the birth of my baby. Only to find when I came home a mobile bill for four weeks £245. I was sending texts whilst away and kept getting 'Sending Failure - try again' message. So for every text that went through I was charged another 5 or 6 times. I've over 150 texts that I didn't send.

Have you called T-Mobile and asked them to explain the charges? It is possible that there was a mistake or glitch in the systems somewhere. Their explanation will help you determine if you've got a leg to stand on.0
