Quidco and 3 Mobile
Hey,
I'm having problems with Quidco and a 3 mobile contract.
Quidco tracked the transaction successfully for the 24 month Internet Texter 500 contract which entitles me to £80 cash-back, however it was declined soon after for no apparent reason. I didn't use any promotion codes, etc.
After I noticed it got declined I submitted an enquiry, but it's been nearly 3 weeks and haven't heard anything - it still says "tracked".
I Google'd it and found some similar threads on MSE from 2007 about Quidco and 3, but neither are much help.

Should I wait longer for a reply from my enquiry or try contacting them further about it?

Funnily enough, I just got an update...
Status: Enquiry declined
Well I just Google'd the above and found people experiencing the same problem with 3 on the Quidco forums here.Response from Merchant. enquiry unsuccessful - Another Marketing channel was accredited with the sale
One person mentions about an accessories promotion code they offer you on the live support chat, which also happened with me. Apparently if you use it they're able to decline your cashback and claim it for themselves - however I did not fall for it and didn't use it. Maybe that has something to do with it...
Some have experienced 3 randomly paying it out after 1 year.
I guess I'll just have to carry on with the enquiries...0 -

Hi, thanks for your reply but there's no where on the enquiry form to put any additional details?
I sent an enquiry yesterday, if you could look into it for me the enquiry number is 37748185, that'd be great.
I previously put the transaction amount as £0 because there's no one-off payment just £25 a month, but as that got declined I put £25 this time to see if it changed anything, hope that's alright.
